Family History
I go through times where I am good at getting names on Family Search, but I do rely on my mom to do a lot of this work.
I feel like, at this time in my life while my mom is alive, I am responsible for writing the history of my ancestors. I enjoy collecting their memories and even wrote a book about the history of the women in my mom’s family—this is also Family History work, and as I find and write these history’s, I gain a stronger testimony of Christ and how He works through generations, and I love working with my mom. We work good as a team.
By learning about my ancestors, I gain strength from their experiences and my faith in my testimony grows stronger, and I am less afraid to continue pressing forward on the path that God places before me.
