Think back to your first memory. Why is this your first memory? Do you want it to be your first memory? Why? Think to what you want your last memory to be? Why do you want this to be your last memory? What can you do to make your future memory a reality?

Talk to someone about your thoughts or write them down. Now think about eternal memories. What is a memory you have that is eternal.
