On the first day of this week ask three people who you know love you what you can change about yourself to become a better person. Or ask one person three things you can change about yourself.

Whatever you decide to do, if you think they are correct, begin changing and emerging. Begin to be better in this area. Work on the changes all week. At the end of the week, talk to God about how you can keep consistent in these changes.
