Trust: Firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something. (Oxford Dictionary)

Do you believe the process God has brought you through as you learned truth and has your testimony grown in the process? Is God now a reliable source for you? Do you believe you have the ability to continue the pattern you are learning to follow? Are you learning to rely on and trust God to give you truth and strength to accomplish your goals and overcome your fears? Are you firm in believing in the thing you now know is true?

Answer these questions by writing them down, then thank God for what you have learned.
