When we serve, we learn how to be humble.

“Humility is a sign of spiritual strength, not of weakness. Humility is a vital catalyst for spiritual growth.” Preach My Gospel: Chapter 6

As we serve and become more humble, we will understand more about our Savior and His sacrifice and can then share our experiences with others. We can even invite them to serve with us, and as they do, we can share the gospel with them. It takes strength to share the gospel and our spiritual experiences with others. As we humble ourselves, we will indeed become stronger in our spiritual growth and become more courageous in our efforts.
