March Activity Summary
"In the first meeting of the Relief Society, Sister Emma Smith said, “We are going to do something extraordinary.”1 She was right. The history of Relief Society is filled with examples of ordinary women who have accomplished extraordinary things as they have exercised faith in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Relief Society was established to help prepare daughters of God for the blessings of eternal life. Relief Society helps prepare women for the blessings of eternal life as they increase faith in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and His Atonement; strengthen individuals, families, and homes through ordinances and covenants; and work in unity to help those in need.

A Good night out with the ladies. There were 46 ladies in attendance, 26 from the second ward and 20 from the first ward.
We had lots of good soup and a wonderful cake to celebrate the Relief Society.
A jeopardy game of "Daughters In My Kingdom" sealed the night with fun and laughter. This game was an interesting challenge for the ladies. Brushing up on Relief Society History would be a good challenge for this year.
